Location: Plaistow, London
Position Type: Full-Time. On site, Monday - Friday,9:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Our client is a leading legal firm with a mission to provide expert legal advice and support while maintaining a commitment to integrity and client satisfaction. They are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join their dynamic team to help them grow their digital presence and engage with clients online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written posts) that aligns with our legal expertise and professional tone.
- Monitor trends, topics, and legal developments to create timely, relevant content.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with our online community.
- Analyze social media performance through KPIs and use data to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with the legal and marketing teams to promote new services, case studies, legal insights, and events.
- Ensure all content complies with legal marketing regulations and reflects our commitment to professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a professional services firm, ideally within legal, finance, or consultancy sectors.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and ability to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
