About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will:

  • Engage in cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Developing strong relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct surveys and site visits, offering tailored quotes for their services
  • Following up with prospects to maintain engagement and build trust.
  • Explaining service features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
  • Handling objections and negotiating terms to close deals.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts and closing deals.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Maintaining records of all sales, contacts, and customer information using CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of 5-6 years in sales, preferably within the removals, logistics, or a related industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving win-win outcomes.
  • A deep understanding of client needs and the ability to build long-lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools; ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • A valid UK driving licence is essential for travel to client sites.
