The Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a Family Law Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to be the sole Family Law expert in our clients new Croydon branch. As the go-to solicitor, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Family Law department, handling a wide range of private family matters including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact as the team grows around you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload of family law matters, focusing on divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence.
• Provide expert legal advice, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of family law and strong negotiation skills.
• Deliver compassionate, client-focused care, ensuring each client feels supported throughout their legal journey.
• Play a key role in the growth and development of the Family Law department, establishing yourself as the primary Family Solicitor in Croydon.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE in Family Law.
• Proven expertise in managing family law cases.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a growing team.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Croydon.
