Key Responsibilities

• Assist with customer enquiries and provide product recommendations.

• Process sales transactions, payments, and customer orders.

• Help manage stock levels, deliveries, and store organisation.

• Support the Trade Counter Manager in daily operations.

• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

About You

• Some experience in the plumbing, heating, or construction trade industry.

• Customer service or sales experience, ideally in a trade store or merchant environment.

• A keen learner with a proactive attitude.

• Organised with good attention to detail.

• Friendly and approachable, with great communication skills.
