About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property matters from start to finish. This includes sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions. You will be responsible for processing cases efficiently, liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders, and developing professional relationships to generate fee income in line with targets.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Duties

• Manage a caseload of residential property matters

• Process cases in a timely and cost-effective manner

• Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders

• Develop and maintain professional relationships

• Achieve fee income targets

• Manage work allocation, productivity, and quality with minimal supervision

Key Requirements

• Experience managing your own caseload

• Organised and process-driven

• Commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets

• Commitment to providing excellent client care

• IT literate with experience using web-based case management systems

• Strong communication skills with clients, solicitors, and introducers
