We are looking for an accomplished Venture Scout (Quantum Deep-tech) to join a leading venture capital firm at the forefront of emerging technologies. This role is an exciting opportunity to identify high-potential investment opportunities in the Quantum deep-tech ecosystem, and work on ventures that are shaping the future of quantum computing, materials science, and related fields. Your connections within the Quantum and deep-tech sectors will be key to sourcing innovative projects that align with the firms investment strategy, particularly those with synergies in Web3.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealflow Generation: Build and maintain a strong network within the Quantum deep-tech ecosystem, including startups, founders, developers, and industry influencers.
• Investment Evaluation: Conduct in-depth research to evaluate promising Quantum technologies, business models, and technical feasibility.
• Event Participation: Engage in industry events, conferences, and meetups to expand your network and enhance the deal flow for the firm.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the investment team to align sourcing strategies with the firms investment goals, ensuring a focused approach to deal scouting.

Key Requirements

• Proven track record of building deep networks within the Quantum deep-tech space, especially in early-stage ventures and the venture capital ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Quantum technologies, trends, and their potential convergence with Web3.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex technical and financial information.
