About the Role

We are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Solicitors. Your responsibilities will include preparing correspondence, attending to clients, managing filing systems, diary management, and audio typing from dictation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the conveyancing process.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Duties

• Provide full support to Solicitors

• Prepare correspondence using case management system

• Attend to clients on the telephone and in person

• Manage filing systems and client files

• Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch

• Manage diaries and arrange scanning and photocopying

• Audio type from dictation

• Handle routine client correspondence and queries

Key Requirements

• Excellent knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing

• High levels of speed and accuracy

• Excellent audio typing from dictation skills

• Good telephone manner and client interaction skills

• Highly organised, methodical, and adaptable

• Ability to undertake searches and ID checks
