Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the trade store.

• Provide expert advice to trade customers on plumbing, heating, and associated parts.

• Manage stock levels, ordering supplies, and liaising with suppliers.

• Develop relationships with local tradespeople to drive business growth.

• Process customer orders, payments, and returns efficiently.

• Ensure the store operates smoothly, maintaining a high standard of service.

• Train and support junior staff members.

About You

• Strong knowledge of plumbing and heating products (e.g., boilers, pipes, fittings, valves).

• Previous experience in a trade counter or merchant store is highly desirable.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Organised and able to manage stock effectively.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the store's success.
