About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our New Business Team. In this role, you will focus on securing profitable new build work and residential conveyancing clients, maintaining relationships, and meeting growth targets. This position involves networking, liaising with our marketing team, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Duties
Manage the New Business Team
Arrange and meet with potential clients
Maintain and develop current business relationships
Understand and meet targets/KPIs
Network and represent the firm at industry events
Collaborate with the Marketing Team
Support Fee Earners in sourcing new business
Key Requirements
Proven track record in business development, ideally within a legal environment
Strong initiative and discretion
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Team player with enthusiasm and adaptability
Sales background preferred
Analytical skills for monitoring reports and data
