This role involves diagnosing and repairing appliances in customer homes across London, maintaining a high level of service that ensures minimal recalls and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site fault diagnosis and repairs on a variety of domestic appliances.

• Use the companys mobile app to manage calls efficiently.

• Collaborate closely with the office-based parts team to ensure timely repairs.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and experience in appliance repair.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent customer service and teamwork capabilities.
