About the Role

We are seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and lease extensions. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders, developing professional relationships, and generating fee income in line with targets.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Duties

• Manage a caseload of residential property matters

• Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders

• Develop and maintain professional relationships

• Achieve fee income targets

• Ensure excellent client care and service

Key Requirements

• Relevant qualification (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or experience managing a caseload

• Highly organised and process-driven

• Commercially astute with a focus on business targets

• IT literate with experience using web-based case management systems

• Commitment to providing high standards of client care
