Key Responsibilities:

  1. Go-to-Market Strategy

    • Develop comprehensive, dynamic launch plans that capture the target audience, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
    • Lead the go-to-market strategy to ensure a successful brand launch in the fintech space.
  2. Marketing Campaigns

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
    • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels, ensuring measurable growth and engagement.
  3. Business Development

    • Identify and build strong relationships with strategic partners to drive growth and brand awareness.
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as product, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies.
  4. Brand Building

    • Elevate the companys brand messaging, ensuring consistency and relevance across all communications.
    • Increase brand visibility through strategic partnerships, events, and media opportunities.
  5. Analytics & Reporting

    • Measure key performance metrics (such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and conversion rates) to guide decision-making and strategy refinement.
    • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing or business development within the FinTech/payment (B2C) sector, specifically in Latin America, with a proven track record in launching or scaling fintech products.
  • Demonstrated success in creating impactful marketing campaigns and building strategic partnerships within the fintech industry.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to blend creative marketing tactics with data-driven decision-making.
  • Business development experience: Strong ability to form and manage relationships that support the companys growth.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and digital marketing technologies.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) with strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Desirable Skills:

  • An interest in or knowledge of Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT).
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a key advantage for engaging with Latin American markets.
