Entry Level Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Entry Level Designer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to gain hands-on experience in the energy industry. As an Entry Level Designer, you will work closely with our team of experienced designers and engineers to support the design and implementation of energy systems for our clients.

Responsibilities:

-  Maintain the daily social media calendar, producing graphics, videos, and other engaging content to drive engagement and further brand recognition.

- Assist in the design and development of energy systems for commercial and residential buildings

- Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure designs meet project requirements and budget constraints

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on project progress

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic, UIUX, Visual, or a related field

- Expert skills in graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc

- Strong design and editing skills with a portfolio of previous work.

- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

- Experience with energy modeling software is a plus
