Job Summary

A leading bank in Ghana (CalBank) is expanding its retail banking operations and is seeking result-driven Direct Sales Officers to support customer acquisition and deposit mobilization across the country. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospect for new customers and promote the banks retail banking products

2. Acquire and onboard customers for savings, current accounts, and other assigned products

3. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and requirements

4. Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

7. Ensure compliance with the banks policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

8. Provide regular sales reports to supervisors

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Experienced WASSCE Graduates, Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

4. Willingness to work in the field

5. Sales and persuasion skills 

6. Etc.
