Job Overview
London Borough of Lambeth is seeking an Allocations and Verifications Officer to provide a customer-focused housing allocation service.
The role will support tenants and residents applying for transfers and social housing, including Council housing allocations, nominations to Housing Associations and Housing Co-operatives, mobility schemes, property advertising, shortlisting, verification investigations and direct offers.

This is a Housing Allocations / Verification role.
Candidates must have housing allocations, housing register, verification, choice-based lettings or social housing application experience.
Knowledge of housing allocations under Part 6 is important.
An Enhanced DBS is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide housing allocation support
- Support transfer applications
