Job Overview
Denbighshire County Council is seeking a Digital Innovation and Systems Specialist to support Working Denbighshire’s digital transformation and systems improvement work.
The role will involve supporting CRM development, system implementation, reporting, dashboards, Power BI, data extraction, digital platforms, staff training, supplier liaison and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will help improve CRM functionality, support implementation of new Welsh Government systems and develop better reporting and management information for the service.

This is an ICT Systems / Digital Transformation role.
Candidates must have experience leading ICT system implementation, digital transformation, requirement gathering and business process redesign.
Power BI is essential for this role.
This is not a remote role. Candidates must be able to work on site for the majority of the time.
