Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 16:00

The role will involve working across workshop offices in Cillefwr, Glanaman and Trostre.
Pay
PAYE Rate: £12.84 per hour
Overtime PAYE Rate: £19.26 per hour
Bank Holiday PAYE Rate: £25.68 per hour
Job Overview
Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a Fleet Admin Assistant to support the Fleet Team Leaders within the Council’s workshop offices.
The role will involve answering calls, dealing with drivers dropping off or collecting vehicles, managing the workshop diary, creating jobs, checking defect books, allocating jobs to technicians, recording labour hours, scanning inspection sheets, ordering parts and liaising with services about vehicles in the workshop.

This is a Fleet Admin Assistant / Workshop Administration role.
Candidates must have suitable administration experience.
A driving licence is essential, as the role covers multiple sites including Cillefwr, Glanaman and Trostre.
