Job Overview
Denbighshire County Council is seeking an Employment and Skills Caseworker to support participants through the Working Denbighshire service.
The role will involve supporting people with barriers to employment, poverty, unemployment, social disadvantage or complex needs, helping them move closer to education, employment and training.
The successful candidate will work closely with Employment & Skills Mentors, using person-centred and strengths-based support, coaching, group sessions, action planning, risk assessment and detailed record keeping.

Previous employability experience is essential.
Candidates must have experience working with people in community work within the public, voluntary or community sector, ideally in education, employment advice or social care.
Candidates must be able to work flexibly across Denbighshire and North Wales / Wales.

Additional Information
