Job Overview

Royal Borough of Kingston is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver a customer-focused housing management service for older people’s independent living accommodation.

The role will involve tenancy management, tenant safety, estate inspections, voids and lettings, tenancy sustainment, resident engagement, case management and working with internal and external partners.

This is a Housing Officer / Tenancy Management role.

The residents live independently in accommodation where RBK is the landlord. This is not Adult Social Care or Sheltered Housing.

Candidates should have housing management, tenancy management, estate inspection, voids/lettings and customer service experience.

Additional Information

This role supports Housing for Older People within Royal Borough of Kingston.

Interview will take place in person at Guildhall 2, Kingston High Street, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 1EU.

Interview will last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Target interview date is 23 September 2026.
