As a Logistics Solutions Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass both logistical expertise and customer-centric support.

Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or customer service roles.
  • Prior experience in a courier company or freight forwarding industry is highly desirable.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
  • Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.


Responsibilities:
Logistics Solutions:

  • Coordinate courier packages to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
  • Liaise with external and internal parties to facilitate smooth transit of goods.
  • Monitor shipment tracking and address any issues or delays proactively.


Customer Service:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide accurate shipment updates, delivery timelines, and transit updates to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and optimize service delivery.
  • Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.


Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure all shipping documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist customers with customs clearance procedures and documentation as needed.
  • Stay updated on international shipping regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancements or new service offerings to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Participate in training programs to stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
