Job Description:
As a Logistics Solutions Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass both logistical expertise and customer-centric support.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or customer service roles.
- Prior experience in a courier company or freight forwarding industry is highly desirable.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Logistics Solutions:
- Coordinate courier packages to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Liaise with external and internal parties to facilitate smooth transit of goods.
- Monitor shipment tracking and address any issues or delays proactively.
Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide accurate shipment updates, delivery timelines, and transit updates to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and optimize service delivery.
- Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure all shipping documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Assist customers with customs clearance procedures and documentation as needed.
- Stay updated on international shipping regulations and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancements or new service offerings to meet evolving customer needs.
- Participate in training programs to stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
