Investor Relations Manager

This position is responsible for driving all investor relations activities to ensure the company maintains strong credibility and transparency with the investment community. The role involves managing communication between the company, investors, and analysts, while effectively conveying the companys financial performance, growth strategies, and market outlook.

Investor Communication & Strategy

• Formulate and execute a proactive investor relations plan to strengthen engagement with institutional and retail investors.
• Craft clear, consistent, and impactful communication materials to present the companys strategy, financial health, and long-term value creation.
• Act as the key spokesperson for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses that reflect the companys positioning and values.

Financial Disclosure & Regulatory Compliance

• Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Corporate Secretary to ensure all investor-related information complies with SET/SEC disclosure standards.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of key investor materials such as quarterly and annual results, press releases, and official statements.
• Contribute to the preparation of the 56-1 One Report and ensure consistent, accurate representation of company performance to stakeholders.

Investor Events & Engagement

• Plan and coordinate investor activities including analyst briefings, earnings calls, roadshows, and investor conferences.
• Manage company participation in SET Opportunity Day and similar forums to communicate corporate strategy and financial updates.
• Conduct store and site visits for investors to enhance understanding of business operations.

Market & Performance Analysis

• Monitor the companys financial results, market developments, and competitor movements to provide actionable insights for management and external reporting.
• Maintain databases for trading multiples, consensus estimates, and share performance.

• Prepare regular IR and management reports summarizing market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor analysis.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Administration

• Build strong cross-functional relationships with relevant departments and subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and alignment of investor messaging.
• Maintain a comprehensive investor and analyst contact database with detailed records of meetings, discussions, and key feedback.
• Manage IR-related logistics, including event coordination, travel arrangements, documentation, and vendor processing.
• Oversee the content and functionality of the investor relations section on the companys website.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Financial Communications within a listed or large organization.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial analysis, and investor engagement practices.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills in both English and Thai.
• Strategic, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with IR databases or financial analytics tools.
