Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to independently manage the full workforce operations of an internationally managed company operating in the food manufacturing and restaurant industry across Thailand. The role includes full responsibility for HR administration, workforce management, and regulatory compliance, including coordination with designated agents for immigration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent and comprehensive management of the companys entire HR function
- Responsibility for approximately 300 employees across food manufacturing and restaurant operations
- Including around 60 foreign employees
- And approximately 200 Burmese employees
- Managing work permits, visas, renewals, and immigration compliance for foreign employees in coordination with designated agents
- Ongoing liaison with external immigration and labor agents
- Management of the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, contracts, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and terminations
- Ensuring full compliance with Thai labor law and immigration regulations
- Working closely with local management and international headquarters
- Supporting HR operations across multiple sites throughout Thailand
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a senior HR role in a similar environment
- Strong experience managing large, multicultural workforces
- Practical, hands-on experience working with immigration and labor agents
- Ability to work independently and manage complex HR structures
- Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
