About the job Sales & Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales performance to achieve annual targets and business objectives
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for agrochemical products
- Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key plantation customers
- Identify new market opportunities, expand distribution network, and increase market share
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies
- Work closely with Malaysia team to implement effective product positioning and campaigns
- Lead, coach, and develop the local sales team to enhance performance and capability
- Ensure timely collection and manage credit risk within assigned territory
Requirements
- Thai nationality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in agrochemical/agriculture sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Thailand's agricultural market (e.g., rice, palm, fruits, vegetables)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing distribution channels
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to travel extensively within Thailand
- Fluency in Thai and good command of English
