Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive sales performance to achieve annual targets and business objectives
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for agrochemical products
  • Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key plantation customers
  • Identify new market opportunities, expand distribution network, and increase market share
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies
  • Work closely with Malaysia team to implement effective product positioning and campaigns
  • Lead, coach, and develop the local sales team to enhance performance and capability
  • Ensure timely collection and manage credit risk within assigned territory

Requirements

  • Thai nationality.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in agrochemical/agriculture sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Thailand's agricultural market (e.g., rice, palm, fruits, vegetables)
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing distribution channels
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Ability to travel extensively within Thailand
  • Fluency in Thai and good command of English
