GM - OPERATION

Position: GM - OPERATION

Salary: 90,000 130,000 Baht/month

Job Description:

• Responsible for all functions of business; operations, sales, marketing etc.
• Establish efficient plant operations in order to improve quality, productivity and delivery.
• Analyze the strategic direction of the business and develop manufacturing strategy to ensure.
• Direct performance of Thailand plant to provide quality products to meet customer requirements.
• Establish policies and procedures for implementation to obtain quality operation for plant functions.
• Find the new customer.

Qualifications:

• Age over 35 years old.
• Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or any industrial fields.
• Minimum of 10 years work experience in managerial Level. (GM, Director, Plant Manager)
• Have Knowledge skill of quality management (Six-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, QCC, Cost Reduction, Supply chain and Logistic)
• Knowledge and experience in QC, QA, Sale, Marketing, budget preparation, Production & Process Management.
• Knowledge and experience ISO9001:2008, GMP and other quality system.
• Knowledge and experience Safety and Environmental
• Excellent in both spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership, Presentation, Networking, Communication, Negotiation, Analytical and managerial skills.
• Must have positive thinking and If have experience in Mineral industrial to be advantage.
• Able to work in Rayong Province.
