Job Descriptions:

  • Vendor dealing and management for Canteen Operations, Housekeeping Services, Security Guard, Pest Control and Contractual Manpower
  • Monthly meeting with Housekeeping, Security, Canteen team for review day to day tasks, improvements, and feedback
  • Review invoices issued by Contractual Manpower vendor based on manpower numbers and update lists regularly
  • Handle compliance updates related to vendor dealing
  • Handle scheduled meetings with vendors to ensure service improvements
  • Handle vending machine management for all installed at the site
  • Maintaining monthly admin expenses report and analyzing the cost
  • Submission of expatriate positions in BOI portal and seek approvals
  • Cancellation of positions and revision of positions in BOI portal
  • Handle visa and work permit renewals of expatriate employees and dependents in BOI portal and ensure timely completion of the process
  • Support with driving license application and guide on process to expatriate employees
  • Negotiations, evaluations, survey and renewals of contracts with vendors
  • Coordination of compliances and reports with vendors as per internal and external audit procedures
  • Vehicle registration and record management
  • Other assigned tasks based on new initiatives on site

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Good English communication is a must.
  • Has passion to work in Admin.
  • Good team player.
  • Self-motivator and Service mind.
