Responsibilities:
Revenue & Business Model Analytics
- Analyze revenue drivers, pricing structures, and customer economics across business units
- Evaluate profitability by product, channel, customer segment, and business model Identify margin leakage, revenue risks, and structural improvement opportunities
- Assess scalability and sustainability of existing and emerging business models
Strategic Decision Support
- Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess financial impact of key business decisions
- Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior management
- Support enterprise-level discussions on revenue performance, trade-offs, and optimization opportunities
Governance, Standards & Collaboration
- Establish analytical standards, methodologies, and data governance for
revenue and business model analysis - Ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency of analytical outputs across the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or
related disciplines - 7-9+ years of experience in commercial finance, revenue management,
pricing, or business analysis roles - Strong understanding of revenue drivers, pricing mechanics, and
customer economics - Proven expertise in P&L analysis, margin management, and profitability
assessment - Experience evaluating multiple business models, channels, or customer
segments - Ability to translate data into actionable commercial and management
insights - Experience supporting pricing, promotion, and revenue forecasting
decisions - Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis capability
Proven people management experience, including coaching and capability development - Ability to work cross-functionally with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and FP&A teams
- High attention to data quality, governance, and analytical consistency
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
