Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Exhibition

Responsible for the revenue and profit as well as development of our client's entity in Bangkok and accountable for the management, development and coaching of project, sales, marketing and operations staff including HR/Admin and Finance/Controlling.

Lead and drive the company's strategy in the country (and region) and provide effective leadership to continue to inspire and develop employee capabilities. Be the focal point internally and of contact for key relationships and would also continue to identify, evaluate and suggest new project opportunities to expand regional market share. Implement appropriate strategies and action plans to support a strong market and customer focus approach. As a key leadership and transformational role, responsible to build on our strong growth-vision and existing team to ensure the company continues to progress in a very dynamic and competitive environment.

Corporate Development

• Manage, coach and develop the team and respective department heads
• Drive implementation in excellence across our client's functional areas ensuring skills are continuously assessed against business needs
• Fuel and implement the expansion of the current portfolio including alliances and cooperations
• Full P&L responsibility and reporting

Business Development

• Deployment of a winning strategy and experience for the brands including geo-cloning within the region;
• Enlarging the network with market, business and stakeholders like government and institutions;
• Work on regional programs including across all functional areas;
