Job description:

  • Prepare, compile, and submit complete and accurate claim documentation and information related to incident claims under the Companys insurance policy terms and conditions
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of claim information and supporting documents, and coordinate closely with relevant internal departments to ensure compliance with insurance requirements adequately cover all losses or damages
  • Liaise and coordinate with Office, insurance companies, insurance brokers, loss surveyors, and other related external parties throughout the claims handling process
  • Work and co-assess claim closely with surveyors, stores or malls, Legal Department (Litigation Team), and claimants to facilitate effective claim resolution
  • Provide professional advice, guidance, and responses to inquiries regarding insurance claims to relevant departments and stakeholders
  • Monitor, control, and manage the overall claims process to ensure timely, efficient, and proper claim settlement
  • Prepare, analyze, and present quarterly claims reports and related summaries for management
  • Supervise and coordinate risk engineering activities in collaboration with relevant internal departments, Insurance Office, Risk Engineering Team, and risk engineer representatives from insurance brokers/ insurance co.
  • Identify potential risks, claim trends, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance claims handling efficiency and risk management practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or other relevant engineering degrees
  • Work experiences with a large corporate with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Any risk-engineering or claim-adjusting experiences are advantageous
  • Detail orientation, exceptional problem solving, Negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Flexible, capable of working well under high pressure and able to work as a team
  • Responsible and teamwork
  • Proficient in using computers, Microsoft Office, Internet, and E-mail.
