Senior Global License Officer
About the job Senior Global License Officer
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand customer business goals and provide appropriate software license or Cloud service solutions and recommendations.
- Support customer onboarding, adoption, and ongoing usage of products and services.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, usage, and engagement to proactively
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Support, and Partners) to resolve customer issues.
- Manage contract renewals, license usage, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, reviews, and workshops to ensure continuous value delivery.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Software Product Sales, Cloud services Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles.
- Experience working directly with customers in a B2B environment
- Proven experience in handling customer relationships, renewals, and long-term engagement.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Technical, Support, and Partners
- Familiarity with Microsoft software or cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
- Understanding software licensing models such as subscription, volume licensing, enterprise agreements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of software products, or cloud services products and the ability to map product features to customer business needs.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend the most suitable licensing or solution options.
- Experience in managing license renewals, identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Strong relationship‑building skills to maintain long‑term customer trust and satisfaction.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn new technologies.
