Assistant Manager – Finance Strategy & Modeling

Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling & Analysis

• Build and maintain integrated financial models covering P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
• Conduct sensitivity, scenario, and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives
• Support valuation, investment, and business case analysis

Strategic & Business Support

• Support strategy, growth, and transformation projects with financial analysis
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
• Coordinate with business units to collect data and validate assumptions

Development & Collaboration

• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives
• Continuously develop strategic finance and modeling capabilities
• Work closely with senior managers to learn end-to-end strategic finance processes

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields
• 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, consulting, or corporate finance roles
• Strong financial modeling skills, including integrated P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet models
• Solid understanding of valuation, ROI, and investment analysis principles
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business cases, or transformation projects
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills
• Ability to perform sensitivity, scenario, and assumption-based analysis
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
• Strong learning mindset with interest in strategic finance and business strategy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
