System Analyst (ERP)

Responsibilities:

• Get requirements from customers
• Perform the Fit & Gap analysis
• Design and develop customizations for the package
• Implement packages at customer sites
• Develop systems (Web and Client systems)
• Design and develop software
• Lead and manage projects independently as a Team Leader

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT related field
• Experience in system development and system analyst
• Proficient in Java, database, web system development
• Experience in ERP systems
• Strong leadership skills with self-motivated
• Good communication, presentation, and computer skills
• Good command of English
