About the job Sales Manager (Medical Devices: B2B)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts to maintain good relationship and smoothness of the overall process.
- Planning and implementing business strategies for company products in order to achieve targeted sales volumes.
- Forecasting sales and setting budgets for sales and promotional activities.
- Conducting market research in order to identify market potential, determine competitive product pricing, and analyze sales and marketing activities
- Develop key account sales plan and strategies to achieve the companys key account sales target. Ensure that key account sales strategies are aligned with the companys vision and direction.
- Expand the customer base by studying and exploring new possibilities to extend market coverage, and maximize sales & profit potential.
Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree or Masters degree in business administration, marketing or any related.
- Minimum 8 - 10 years in Key Account Management, Sales Management, Channel Management of Medical Device / Consumer Health portfolio.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident, proactive, self-motivated and well-organized.
- Good command of English.
