Role summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing the organization's training and development programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee growth. Additionally, the role encompasses overseeing HR operations to maintain efficient processes.
Training & Development:
- Identify employee training and development needs through performance reviews, feedback, and organizational goals.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Design, plan, and execute learning and development programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, hands-on training sessions and implementation of leadership and talent development programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to create tailored training solutions for specific teams or roles.
- Organize and manage training materials, tools, and external resources.
- Maintain a database of training records and monitor the effectiveness of programs.
- Evaluate the success of training programs using metrics such as employee performance and feedback.
- Provide guidance for continuous improvement in training initiatives and suggest improvements to ensure ROI and knowledge retention.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Manage the budget for training programs and ensure cost-effective solutions.
HR Operations:
- Oversee employee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in reimbursement processing, employee benefits administration, and leave management.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisal systems and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Human Resources Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on training and development and HR operations.
- Experience in creating and managing training programs is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies, HR operations, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
