Responsibilities:

  • Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
  • Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the companys internal capacity
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
  • Track staffing requirements, training programs and define career path
  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
  • Define site activities at customer site for installation and commissioning.
  • Identify local contractors for the installation and commissioning of equipment.
  • Create and maintain a directory of contractors and resources
  • Schedule and planning of site activities and resources.
  • Coordinate with Site Mangers daily for any aspect related to the activities at site.
  • Ordering Material and spare parts as needed at site.
  • Create and maintain a database of local contractors and engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 or more work experiences in Field engineer.
  • Multiple years of on-site work and commissioning experience.
  • Able to read and understand electrical diagrams and Mechanical Drawings, layout and manuals.
  • Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office package, Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills working with teams.
  • Great customer relations skills and experience dealing with clients.
  • Capable to guarantee coordination with service team, customers and suppliers in a very professional way.
  • Previous management experience on leading team and working with multiple suppliers.
  • Full orientation to problem solving and analytical approach skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to travel for long periods.
