Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for full functions of Human Resource and Administration
- Proceed full function payroll jobs
- Plan for recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized
- Implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
- Managing various administration jobs such as those relating to stationery control, the maid, security guards and driver
- Handling and monitoring about visa and work permit for Japanese staffs
- Other related duties as required
Qualification:
- At least 3 years experience in Management of HR and Administration level
- Have experience in Payroll full function
- Have knowledge of labor law
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Good command of English language
- Good Attitude, Interpersonal relations and good team player
- Communication skills, training skill and service mind
- Computer literacy in MS Office
