Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for full functions of Human Resource and Administration
  • Proceed full function payroll jobs
  • Plan for recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized
  • Implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
  • Managing various administration jobs such as those relating to stationery control, the maid, security guards and driver
  • Handling and monitoring about visa and work permit for Japanese staffs
  • Other related duties as required

Qualification:

  • At least 3 years experience in Management of HR and Administration level
  • Have experience in Payroll full function
  • Have knowledge of labor law
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Good command of English language
  • Good Attitude, Interpersonal relations and good team player
  • Communication skills, training skill and service mind
  • Computer literacy in MS Office
