Finance Director

• Lead and oversee Finance operations to ensure compliance with performance criteria, strategy, budget, legal, and corporate requirements.
• Implement and administer accounting policies aligned with corporate strategy and government regulations.
• Supervise financial reporting and provide timely, accurate financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with related department on FOREX matters to minimize foreign exchange risk.
• Monitor and manage debt collection in line with company targets.
• Strengthen internal financial controls to safeguard assets and prevent unauthorized expenditures.
• Collaborate on legal and contractual matters to protect company interests.
• Oversee insurance policies and claims to ensure optimal coverage and benefits.
• Lead the annual budgeting process with input from department heads.
• Supervise IT support to maintain systems and ensure user satisfaction.
• Develop and motivate team members for current performance and future growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, Finance Director or similar role.
