Job Description

Financial Accounts Management

  • Monitor accounts receivables and regularly review client credit assessments.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of monthly financial reports from sales offices.
  • Develop, prepare, and oversee budget planning for all sales offices.
  • Review and authorize supplier payments, including business and office operating expenses.
  • Track foreign exchange rate fluctuations and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO.
  • Approve and oversee fund transfers between company bank accounts.
  • Ensure optimal cash flow management by monitoring cash balances across bank accounts.
  • Maintain an updated chart of bank accounts and manage proper access to banking facilities.
  • Keep company banking information updated and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial insights and guidance on agreements for CEO approval.
  • Oversee and sign contracts for suppliers, partners and vendors, subject to CEO approval.

Financial Management and Reporting

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Manage both international and local accounting, taxation, and treasury operations.
  • Continuously review and improve the accounting system and financial control processes.
  • Lead initiatives to automate financial workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple international offices.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of finance team members.
  • Document financial processes to ensure transparency and operational consistency.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly Profit & Loss statements and expense reports to the CEO.
  • Coordinate financial audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities related to financial management as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Big 4 Accounting firm
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing international financial operations and cross-border transactions.
  • Strong leadership skills with a reliable and professional work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to drive financial automation and process improvements
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Native or equivalent proficiency in English.
