Job Descriptions:
  • Coordinate site activities, resources, and projects.
  • Able to coordinate the service team, interfacing with our main office projects managers.
  • Define with project manager all aspects involved in the activities at customer site for installation and commissioning.
  • Prepare jobs and tasks in advance, take fast and efficient corrective actions, organize sites and handle order and deliveries, recognize tools and specific procedures and specialist workers to perform each task before and during the installation on site.
  • Work with clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need. There is a heavy customer service basis, as the Service Coordinator is often the initial contact.
  • Identify a local contractor in any country for the installation of equipment.
  • Identify local external engineers in any country for the commissioning of equipment.
  • Create and maintain a directory of contractors and resources.
  • Coordinate with project management team for the definition of the proper schedule of the activities at site
  • Coordinate with project management team of the planning of internal and external resources
  • Coordinate with Site Manger daily for any aspect related to the activities at site.
  • Support the Site Manager for any logistics needs.
  • Ordering Material and spare parts as needed at site.
  • Create and maintain a database of local contractors and engineers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • Background in machine and control system design.
  • At least 5 years working experience in Site Coordinator or Supports.
  • Able to travel both upcountry and abroad.
  • Good command in English.
  • Able to read and understand electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, machines layouts and manuals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills working with teams.
  • Great customer relations skills and experience dealing with clients.
  • Full orientation to problem solving and analytical approach skills.
  • Skill in planning and preparing written communications.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
