  • Strategic Planning
    • Define short-term and long-term marketing strategies that align with business goals.
    • Plan the use of media, advertising, and marketing communications to build the brand and promote sales.
  • Brand Management
    • Build brand awareness, & familiarity and improve brand experience.
    • Develop the brand image and define the communication direction that aligns with the target audience's needs.
    • Supervise marketing campaigns that reflect the brands values and uniqueness.
    • Plan and execute all marketing communications and promotional activities including advertising, online marketing, eCommerce and digital marketing
  • Digital Marketing
    • Monitor and implement digital marketing technologies in communications and campaign development.
    • Develop strategies that encompass the use of Social Media, SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing.
    • Keep up to trends & new media that are efficient for campaigns
  • Budget Management: Allocating and managing the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Team Management
    • Lead the marketing team across all sectors, including advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and event marketing.
    • Develop the skills and potential of team members.
  • Market and Customer Analysis
    • Analyze the market, competitors, and customer needs to develop marketing strategies.
    • Gather customer data and analyze behavior to create plans that effectively meet customer needs.
  • Network Management and Development
    • Coordinate with partners and business associates, such as advertising companies, media providers, and others.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of various campaigns. Continuously improve and refine strategies based on situations and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Having a minimum of 10 years experience in the marketing at least 5 years experience at the managerial level.
  • Have a strong background in offline and online marketing, marketing communication, brand management in advertising agency, beauty, healthcare, retail/fashion or related field.
  • Good management skills, pleasant personality and a positive attitude.
  • Team-player with experience in leading and inspiring multi-functional teams.
