Accounting Director

Responsibilities:

• All accounting and finance functions including monthly closing, AR, AP, cash flow, taxation, reporting and forecasting.
• Taking part as a strategic adviser for finance, and accounting departments and having a critical role in supporting the senior leadership team in strategic decision-making and operations.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the accounting function to ensure all relevant tasks are complied with the Company policy, accounting standard and tax regulation.
• Oversee the closing of accounting to provide financial report with accuracy and within the established timeline (monthly, quarterly, and annually). Provide analytical review on the financial result to support management decision.
• Perform tax planning, submit all Tax of the Company, and handle all tax-issues to ensure the compliance with the Revenue Department regulation.
• Developing and supervising team under Accounting Department.
• Liaise with internal and external parties such as other departments, related companies, and external auditor and other regulators in the accounting related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or related
• Minimum of 10-15 years of corporate finance / accounting
• Experience in financial management at a highly senior level at reputable companies.
• Excellent understanding of Thailand's accounting system and standards.
• Extensive experience in implementing, managing, and operating modern financial and business analytics systems.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Proficiency in a full suite of Microsoft office produce (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Exhibits effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Energetic, well handle with pressure, self-motivated, and looking for a challenge.
