Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development of national sales strategy and marketing plan in the traditional trade channel.
  • Ensure the achievement of channel sales-in target, distribution, coverage expansion, and market share.
  • Develop, manage, and control the implementation of trade programs.
  • Build strong relationship with distributors and wholesalers. Lead and monitor their op to ensure they align with the company's direction.
  • Analytical- data insights to improve and support business & retail plans.
  • Lead cross functional & cross organization working team.
  • Coach and develop sales team capabilities. Monitor their performance regularly to ensure they achieve their sales target.
  • Monitor and analyze market situation, competitive landscape, and develop appropriate tactical plan and strategies.
  • Develop and improve sales system and customer service to attain highest customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Master/Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Over 10 years of total sales experience, with at least more than 5 years in sales team management.
  • Familiarity with how FMCG sector operates, or related products with similar selling formats (distributors model, local modern trade, wholesalers).
  • Experienced with diverse accounts/ formats. Distributor management experience is good to have.
  • Ability to work the top leaders in the industry and internally with senior leadership to drive the growth of the Strategic Accounts.
  • Strong managerial skill, holistic and strategic thinking.
  • Strong commercial sense, convincing, communication, and negotiation skill.
  • Be self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable in working up-country for an extended period.
  • Business fluency level of English command.
