Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for the human resource full spectrum (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Administration).
  • Prepare and review payments, benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions, and maintain payroll records.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, keeping them in line with changing regulations and best practices
  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development
  • Handle VISA and Work Permit.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Maintain and record employee attendance.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Coordinate with department managers to identify and facilitate workforce needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/or Master level in Human Resources, Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in human resources field and handling all functions; payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and labor issue/management.
  • Very good oral and written communication skill in both Thai and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication skills.
  • Have knowledge and understanding in Human Resources Management and General Tasks.
  • Previous experience from similar position is required.
  • Proficiency in use of computer program for Microsoft office suite.
  • Proven working experience with position as HR.
  • Ability to work independently and strong leadership skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with all levels of the company.
