About the job HR Manager
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the human resource full spectrum (Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Administration).
- Prepare and review payments, benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions, and maintain payroll records.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, keeping them in line with changing regulations and best practices
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development
- Handle VISA and Work Permit.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Maintain and record employee attendance.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Coordinate with department managers to identify and facilitate workforce needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/or Master level in Human Resources, Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in human resources field and handling all functions; payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and labor issue/management.
- Very good oral and written communication skill in both Thai and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication skills.
- Have knowledge and understanding in Human Resources Management and General Tasks.
- Previous experience from similar position is required.
- Proficiency in use of computer program for Microsoft office suite.
- Proven working experience with position as HR.
- Ability to work independently and strong leadership skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with all levels of the company.
