  • Achieve sale target
  • Manage key accounts to maintain good relationship and smoothness of the overall process.
  • Develop and implement sales plans. Identify and define significant opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives.
  • Execute marketing promotion and act accordingly to the plan.
  • Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts.
  • Build strong customer relationships with all levels of the customer.
  • Partner with Marketing and Supply Chain Management teams to develop strategic customer growth programs.
  • Project sales volumes for upcoming programs including use of information for demand planning and inventory use.
  • Communicate effectively internal and external.
  • Collaborates with the superior to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in related fields.
  • Previous experience in retail business and sales management.
  • Willing to take on challenging tasks and able to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, result oriented, good communication skill, and service-minded.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage expectation internally and externally.
  • Computer literate in Ms Office, such as MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. Outlook
  • Able to communicate basic English
