Production Manager

Job Responsibilities: 

Plan, direct, monitor & control the operation of production, to ensure the required & consistent quality and quantity of the products produced with minimum downtime, at budgeted cost, and meeting the food safety and environment standards, to achieve units overall objective. 

Identification, planning and implementation of Strategic projects (CAPEX) to increase production, improve quality & sustainability standards and reduce cost to ensure future growth, competitiveness and sustainability. 

• Responsible for attaining the production and the performance targets (Production, Cost, Quality etc.)  
• Implementation of operations policy in line with sales & marketing requirement of products with quality, cost, packaging and timely delivery. 
• Responsible for execution of strategic projects related to productivity improvement, quality improvement, food safety, systems and sustainability. 
• Plan, organize and direct operations excellence, objective to improve food safety, systems integration, cost reductions and change management. 
• Close coordination between production, marketing, engineering and QC lab functions to deliver products utilizing available resources. 
• Major challenges lies in; Food safety and new regulations compliances, capability build up, continuous development of new products & specifications. 
• Accountable for implementation of safety and sustainability systems in line with operation, people.
