Responsibility
- Responsible for developing relationship with key accounts to ensure long term partnerships.
- Understand customer and brand requirements quickly
- Identify new business opportunities and manage achievement of sales target
- Strategic planning for market expansion and channel development.
- Improve business results by studying, evaluating, analyzing
- Able to address issues and find solution for the customers.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing
- Mature individual with minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing field - preferably within the textile field.
- Fluency in English required
- Willing to travel on regular basis or as required by the job.
- Experience in trading office, textile background preferred.
- Should have experience traveling in Asia, USA or Europe for work.
- Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Active and self motivated individual
- Excellent in customer/staff management
- Highly result oriented and proven track record of achieving business targets
- Display critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Self-motivated with good organization and multi-tasking skills
- Good /Friendly personality and good "can do" attitude - must be able to work with ease with customers from junior to senior management.
- Must be able to develop good relationship with customers
- Fast learner - must be a self starter with good communication and presentation skills
