Responsibility

  • Responsible for developing relationship with key accounts to ensure long term partnerships.
  • Understand customer and brand requirements quickly
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage achievement of sales target
  • Strategic planning for market expansion and channel development.
  • Improve business results by studying, evaluating, analyzing
  • Able to address issues and find solution for the customers.

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing
  • Mature individual with minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing field - preferably within the textile field.
  • Fluency in English required
  • Willing to travel on regular basis or as required by the job.
  • Experience in trading office, textile background preferred.
  • Should have experience traveling in Asia, USA or Europe for work.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Active and self motivated individual
  • Excellent in customer/staff management
  • Highly result oriented and proven track record of achieving business targets
  • Display critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Self-motivated with good organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Good /Friendly personality and good "can do" attitude - must be able to work with ease with customers from junior to senior management.
  • Must be able to develop good relationship with customers
  • Fast learner - must be a self starter with good communication and presentation skills
