Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the leadership team, fosters a culture of transparency, disciplined problem solving, high performance work teams, and continuous improvement. Strives to ensure the appropriate team, tools and processes are in place to support these desired cultural traits.
  • Developing and implementing overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the company
  • Developing and implementing overall administrative tactics and policy across the company
  • Bridging management & employee relations by identifying & resolving critical issues such as grievances, demands and other issues.
  • Managing overall recruitment process and system, com & ben, talent development, and employee relationship and administrative roles
  • Consistently monitor to ensure company compensation & benefits are competitive to attractive suitable candidates that meet company objectives.
  • Ensuring that HR & Admin documentations are compliance to ISO requirement at all times.
  • Manage a performance appraisal that drives performance.
  • Provide basic counselling & guidance to staff whose have performance related obstacles.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Liaison with government officials especially related to labor and local community.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
  • Managing office supplies, oversees accommodation services, maintenance activities, organize and supervise other office activities i.e. event planning etc.
  • Provide general support to oversee visitors
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
  • Ensure work permit and visa of expatriates are in order and compliance with regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as required.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above degree in HR or related field
  • At least 7 years experience in overall HR and Admin function of Manufacturing
  • Detailed knowledge of Thailand Labor law and practices relating to employment, wage and benefit administration, and employee relations
  • Extensive experience in leadership and able to manage the team
  • Experience in working cross regionally or as part of a multi-national organization
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and handle critical situation
  • Safety, cost, and quality consciousness
  • Self-discipline to job responsibilities and be honest and high ethical as code of conduct
  • Proficiently interpersonal and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
