ASSISTANT PRODUCT TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER

Position: ASSISTANT PRODUCT TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER

Salary: 50,000 70,000 Baht/month plus car allowance

Job Description:

• Technical support to Sales Team.
  • Product selection
  • Product Introduction
  • Understand Market
  • Handle customer complaint
• Lead new product development projects with the support of the management
• Provide technical support to Operation for the validation and integration of new product, service and process.
• Work with Lab to develop and maintain product data sheet/ technical data sheet/ product specification, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

• Master/ Bachelors Degree in Science, Polymer Science is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience in technical support or R&D in polymer, tire and rubber industry.
• Problem-solving/ Analytical/ Presentation
• Strong teamwork, self-reliance, flexibility, dedication, and effective communication skills
• Business fluent in written and spoken English can be advantageous.
• Have an own car
