Site Engineer / Project Engineer / Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Define with PM all aspects involved in the activities at customer site for installation and commissioning
• Identify local contractor in any country for the installation of equipment
• Identify local external engineers in any country for the commissioning of equipment
• Create and maintain a directory of contractors and resources
• Coordinate with PM team for the definition of the proper schedule of the activities at site
• Coordinate with PM team of the planning of internal and external resources
• Coordinate with Site Manger daily for any aspect related to the activities at site
• Support the Site Manager for any logistics needs
• Ordering Material and spare parts as needed at site
• Create and maintain a database of local contractors and engineers

Skill and Requirements:

• Able to read and understand electrical diagrams
• Able to read and understand mechanical drawings
• Able to read machines layouts and manuals
• Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office package, Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills working with teams
• Great customer relations skills and experience dealing with clients
• Capable to guarantee coordination with service team, customers and suppliers in a very professional way
• Previous management experience on leading team and working with multiple suppliers
• Full orientation to problem solving and analytical approach skills
• Good written and oral English communication skills
• Skill in planning and preparing written communications
• Interpersonal skills: such as phone skills, written and verbal communication skills, active listening and customer-care
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in related field.
• Background in machine and control system design.
• At least 5 years working experience in Site Coordinator or Supports.
• Able to travel both upcountry and abroad
• Good command in English.
• Self-sufficient and proactive attitude.
