  • Experience in managing sales, marketing, and operations in a B2B industrial environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • Experience in international companies
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High level proficiency in English language.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a managerial position in sales, marketing, or business operations
  • Experience in the industrial tools, hardware or welding industry is a plus
