Job Description:
- Developing new clients and maintaining existing clients.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Working to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Visiting clients on a regular basis.
- Maintaining relationships with distributors.
- Managing and leading a team of staffs.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing sales, marketing, and operations in a B2B industrial environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Experience in international companies
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High level proficiency in English language.
- At least 10 years of experience in a managerial position in sales, marketing, or business operations
- Experience in the industrial tools, hardware or welding industry is a plus
