Job Description:
- Take care of System Development Team to support maintaining smooth operation of existing system application.
- Assist and support development of new system, new function of existing system, or modifying existing system.
- Accept and check request from users related to system application and modification of the database inside.
- Summarize user requirements for simple program modification. Prepare and conduct UAT with users.
- Support creating user manual and providing training regarding system application.
- Provide data based on user request and suggest for any improvement of the data provided.
- Provide effective analytical data for business improvement or strategy planning according to instruction from supervisors; Senior Manager and General Manager
- To collaborate with vendor regard application system development or change request.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure Team based on instruction from Supervisor to support simple Infrastructure Team task and any other duty or assignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology, Business computer or IT related field.
- 8 years' experience or more in System Analysis and Application Development
- 5 years' experience or more in the area of system Quality Assurance, UAT, RPA, Test script or any test case management software is a must.
- Knowledge in programming and understand System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will be advantage.
- Intermediate knowledge in MS SQL skill.
- Quick Learning and Eager to learn new technology. Can proactively learn by him/herself.
- Be able to lead the team or supervise other team members.
- High responsibility and able to work under pressure within timeline. Compliance Minded.
- Good learner and eager to apply changes for improvement with Agile methodology.
- Good English Communication (both verbal and writing) TOEIC 500 above preferred.
- Good communication and coordination with service mind set.
- Intermediate management skill.
